Pre-Order Policy / FAQ
When will my pre-order ship?
- Orders that include pre-ordered items will ship out as soon as all items from the order have arrived.
- You can also choose to use a customer hold and request everything to be shipped at a later date.
Can I have in-stock items shipped immediately but have my pre-orders shipped together when they all arrive?
- Yes! To do this, simply place two orders: one order with all in-stock items you would like to ship immediately, and another order with pre-orders only.
Can I cancel a pre-order?Β Are there any cancellation fees?
- To cancel a pre-order, e-mail atΒ contact@tabletop.shopΒ with your order number.
- If the order is being packed or has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- There is no fee to cancel a pre-order, however, to prevent abuse, customers who cancel > $200 worth of orders during a calendar year may have their ability to pre-order revoked.
Other terms
- Pre-order product information including images, price, release date, and availability may change before release.
- We reserve the right to cancel a preorder for any reason at any time.
